The US Navy CPO shirt – a classic among outdoor shirts.
Life on deck was and is a rough affair. That is why the clothing had to be specially designed in all weathers. Over the decades, therefore, certain materials and fits have worked out in seafaring.
The 1943 CPO shirt is one of those items of clothing that emerged in the US Navy. Originally developed in the 1930s, the cut and material have only changed slightly over the decades. Pike Brothers have chosen the authentic 40s cut for this version.
Good freedom of movement and 2 large breast pockets characterize this shirt.
Originally made from a heavy wool fabric, now they opted for a flannel version.
