Introducing Freenote’s newest shirt design, the Packard. Taking styling cues from classic western shirts, the Packard is defined by acorn shaped pockets and custom curved front yokes. Construction details include 1/8” double needle stitching, triple pleated forearms for comfort and mobility, and Japanese vintage reproduction metal buttons with saw-tooth detailing. The Packard walks the line between modern slim and vintage boxy, a fit that is both comfortable yet tailored.

For the first release of the Packard, Freenote worked with Maruwa Mills in Japan to create a custom 3.25-ounce selvedge wabash poplin fabric. The fabric has a soft and smooth hand that is incredibly comfortable. It is lightweight and very breathable, making it an excellent option when the temperatures climb and an easy layering piece all year round. The custom wabash print is an elevated iteration of the traditional ‘dot stripe’ pattern with subtle geometric designs that reveal themselves upon closer inspection. Despite its light weight, the poplin weave makes this fabric very durable and even naturally wrinkle resistant. The Packard is proudly cut and sewn in Los Angeles, CA.
