Cotton and linen for the classic Hatteras flat cap shaped on wooden moulds come from Great Britain. The Stetson label has had the materials processed into an eight-panel peaked cap with a workwear look and a cotton lining. The leather visor, attached to the crown with three latch points, features a PET insert that retains its shape in all weathers and leaves no pressure marks thanks to its forehead pressure-free finish.
