Wrangler BlueBell denim jacket

Wrangler is one of the “Big Three” with Levis and Lee.

Champion Jackets have a significant role in the history of Wrangler brand. Wrangler and in 1947 Blue Bell company started using Wrangler as brand name for their Rodeo Cowboy oriented line. Since then Wrangler has had a strong foothold in the world of Rodeo. In late 1940’s and 50’s denim jackets and jeans were sold with Rodeo inspired advertising and the 11MW (Mens Western) jeans were the original rodeo jeans.and as the name suggests Champion jackets were worn by the Rodeo champions as advertisement for the Wrangler brand.
